Returns

You have the right to return your order in accordance with the terms specified in this Return and Refund Policy.

We will only accept returns if the product is initially defective or damaged. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect motifs (including, but not limited to, incorrect sizes, characters, illustrations, etc.).

Regarding limited edition novelties, regardless of the type of novelty (including, but not limited to, postcards, trading cards, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges due to limited quantities.

Returns and exchanges due to initial defects will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please contact us via "Contact Us" with your name, order number, details of the defect, and whether or not you would like to return or exchange the product.

 

Refunds(if applicable)


We will only issue a refund if the product is initially defective or damaged.

The method of refund and the period until the refund is issued will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
We will respond individually.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is issued.

You are initially responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. If your refund is approved, shipping charges will also be refunded. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any other payments (such as shipping costs) associated with returning defective products.
