We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or on company holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed for several days. Please note that delivery may take additional days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

All orders will not be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery methods are EMS or small packages (registered airmail).
EMS is available in all countries where we sell.
Small packages are currently only available in some regions.
Please check on the purchase screen.

We shall not be liable to the customer for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under this policy in the event that such delay or failure arises from strike, lockout, or other labor dispute, riot, war, rebellion, fire, earthquake, accident, outbreak (including but not limited to COVID-19) or act of God, or any act of governmental or military authorities (foreign or domestic) or any other similar occurrence beyond the control.

delivery may be temporarily unavailable to some countries.

We are not responsible for customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. You are responsible for all charges incurred during or after shipment.

Note:
We always strive to deliver your orders as timely as possible. However, due to manufacturing delays or other unforeseen circumstances, product shipment may be delayed from the delivery date stated on the product page. Please note that even in that case, we cannot accept returns.
For pre-orders, please note that the shipping charges you pay at checkout are calculated based on the weight provided by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, manufacturers sometimes underestimate the actual weight and dimensions of an item, which can result in higher shipping costs.


If a chargeback occurs, it will be considered a cancellation due to the customer's convenience, and we may not be able to accept future orders from the GOODROID Global Online Store.
